Shipping is extra. Sea freight to your nearest US port is quoted with your order; you clear customs at the port and collect the rolls there. Cost per sq ft uses 656 sq ft per roll (2 ft × 328 ft). Want to compare with what you pay today? Use the calculator on our wholesale DTF film rolls page.
Roll width decides which printers the film fits. Roll length decides how long you print between roll changes. Here is the math for one roll.
Each roll is 24 inches wide and 328 feet long, the same as 100 meters. Two feet of width times 328 feet of length gives you 656 square feet of film per roll before margins. Rolls come two to a box, so every box holds 1,312 square feet, and our 100-roll minimum adds up to 65,600 square feet. That is enough film to plan production by the month instead of by the week.
Because you pay per roll, it helps to turn the roll price into a cost per print. Film cost depends only on the area a design takes up, so the table divides each roll price by 656 square feet and multiplies by the design area.
| Design size | $26 roll | $24 roll | $22 roll |

| 4 × 4 in (left chest) | 0.44¢ | 0.41¢ | 0.37¢ |
| 10 × 10 in | 2.75¢ | 2.54¢ | 2.33¢ |
| 12 × 12 in (1 sq ft) | 3.96¢ | 3.66¢ | 3.35¢ |
| 12 × 16 in | 5.28¢ | 4.88¢ | 4.47¢ |
These figures are film only, before spacing between designs, trimming and test prints. Ink and powder are not included; we also supply DTF ink and powder to US buyers, so ask us for a price if you want them on the same order.
The film is made for 24 inch (60 cm) roll-fed DTF printers, for example machines with Epson i3200, XP600, L1800 or L805 print heads. Epson head compatible. Works with most standard DTF machines. Call or WhatsApp us to confirm your machine: send the model name and we will check it before you order. If you run a narrower desktop printer, this roll is not the right width for it.
Every roll is hot peel film with a double matte finish. You peel the carrier right after pressing, while it is still warm, instead of waiting for it to cool down. When you press hundreds of transfers a day, those saved minutes add up at every press. Our guide to hot peel DTF film wholesale explains the workflow step by step.
US businesses that print every day and want one steady film supply at a fixed price per roll.
If you sell transfers or gang sheets, film is a cost on every order. A fixed price per roll makes your margin per sheet easy to work out.
Screen printers and embroidery shops that added DTF use 24 inch film for short runs, full-color artwork and one-off orders.

Rolls ship by sea from China and take about 30–45 days, depending on quantity.
You or your customs broker clear customs at your US port and collect the rolls there.
Sea freight is the low-cost way to move hundreds of rolls, but it takes time: about 30 to 45 days from China to your US port, depending on quantity, plus the time you need to clear customs and collect the goods. The simple rule is to place your next order while you still have more than six weeks of film on the shelf.
Example: a shop that uses 10 rolls a week goes through about 65 rolls in 45 days. With 100 rolls arriving per order, that shop reorders when its stock drops to around 70 rolls. A shop that uses 40 rolls a week can cover roughly three months with one 500-roll order and pay $24 instead of $26 per roll.
Keep rolls in their original box in a cool, dry room at 59–77 °F (15–25 °C), away from direct sunlight and humidity. Kept like that, the film holds its quality for 12+ months, so a three- or six-month supply stays ready to print until the last roll.
We ship to the US seaport nearest to you. You, or a customs broker you choose, clear the shipment through customs and collect it at the port; we do not deliver to your door. Import duty is not part of our roll price. Your broker can tell you what applies to your shipment, and the rest of the details are confirmed with your quote.
