This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Tiger DTF, operated by Next Billion Company, through www.gotigerdtf.com, WhatsApp orders, direct business transactions, offline sales, distributor sales, and other official sales channels.

By placing an order with Tiger DTF, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

Goods once sold are not returnable. Please test a sample before placing bulk orders. Transit damage or shortage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video proof.

1. Nature of Products

Tiger DTF deals in industrial and printing-related consumable products including but not limited to:

DTF Ink
DTF Film / Roll
DTF Powder
Printing Consumables
Related Accessories

Due to the technical and consumable nature of these products, all return, refund, replacement, and exchange requests are handled carefully and strictly on a case-by-case basis.

2. Return Eligibility

Goods once sold are not returnable. Customers may contact Tiger DTF with a claim only under the following situations:

Wrong product delivered by us
Product physically damaged during delivery
Verified manufacturing defect
Incorrect quantity supplied by us
Severe transit damage affecting product usability

Transit damage or shortage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video proof. All other issues must also be reported immediately after delivery.

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any claim, customers must provide:

Order ID / Invoice
Photo or video proof, sent within 48 hours of delivery (an unboxing video is best)
Clear photos/videos of issue
Packaging photos
Product batch details if applicable
Description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges shall NOT be accepted under situations including but not limited to:

Used products
Opened packaging
Partial product usage
Change of mind
Customer ordered wrong item
Machine incompatibility
Improper storage conditions
Incorrect application process
Operator handling issues
Environmental factors
Color variation expectations
Print quality variation due to settings
Delay in reporting issue (transit damage or shortage reported after 48 hours of delivery)
Damage caused after delivery
Products purchased during clearance or special sale unless explicitly mentioned

5. Product Compatibility Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compatibility of DTF consumables with their:

Printer model
Machine settings
Operating conditions
Application process
Fabric type
Environmental conditions

Tiger DTF does not guarantee identical results across all machines, operators, environments, or workflows.

Variations in print output, adhesion, curing, color profile, or performance due to technical setup are not considered product defects.

6. Inspection & Resolution Process

All claims are subject to technical review and verification by Tiger DTF.

The remedies below apply only to valid transit damage or shortage claims reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video proof. Goods are otherwise not returnable.

After review, we may decide at our sole discretion to:

Approve replacement
Approve partial adjustment
Issue store credit
Provide technical assistance
Reject the claim

Resolution timelines may vary depending on:

Nature of issue
Evidence provided
Technical inspection
Supplier coordination
Logistics handling

7. Refund Policy

Refund approvals are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis, and only for valid transit damage or shortage claims reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video proof. Goods are otherwise not returnable.

If approved, refunds may be processed through:

Bank transfer
Store credit
Business adjustment

Tiger DTF reserves the sole right to determine:

Whether refund applies
Partial or full refund amount
Alternative resolution methods

Shipping charges, handling charges, taxes, transaction fees, and operational expenses may be non-refundable unless otherwise decided by us.

8. Return Shipping

If return shipment is approved, return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the case.

Customers must not return any product without written confirmation or instructions from Tiger DTF. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch confirmation.

Once an order has been dispatched, packed for shipment, handed over to logistics, or specially arranged, cancellation may not be possible.

Bulk, custom, special, urgent, or business procurement orders may have separate cancellation conditions.

10. Shipping Delays & Transit Issues

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

Transport conditions
Weather
Operational issues
Courier delays
Government restrictions
Remote locations
Festive rush
Force majeure events

Tiger DTF shall not be liable for losses, damages, production downtime, or indirect impact caused due to shipment delays. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger DTF and Next Billion Company shall not be liable for:

Production losses
Business interruption
Machine damage
Loss of profits
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Third-party claims
Improper product usage
Technical setup failures

Our total liability, if any, shall never exceed the value of the purchased product in dispute.

12. International Orders

International orders may be subject to:

Import duties
Customs inspection
Local taxes
Country regulations
Import restrictions

International customers are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws and import regulations.

Tiger DTF shall not be responsible for customs delays, seizures, or country-specific restrictions.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
