Buying bulk DTF film rolls for several printers, locations or customers? Order 500 to 1,000+ rolls of our 24 in × 328 ft hot peel film at $24 or $22 per roll, in a single sea shipment to the US port nearest your business.
Price per roll · 24 in × 328 ft · shipping extra
Shipping is extra. You collect the shipment at your US port after clearing customs; we do not deliver to your door.
The bigger the order, the lower the price of every roll in it. Pallet buyers start at the 500-roll level.
Roll prices only; shipping is extra. Your quote adds sea freight to your nearest US port. Look closely at the first two columns: 499 rolls at $26 cost $12,974, while 500 rolls at $24 cost $12,000. For smaller orders, see our wholesale DTF film rolls page.
Rolls, boxes, film area and roll cost for typical bulk orders. Every roll is 24 in × 328 ft, which is 656 sq ft of film.
| Rolls | Boxes | Film area | Per roll | Roll cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 500 | 250 | 328,000 sq ft | $24 | $12,000 |
| 750 | 375 | 492,000 sq ft | $24 | $18,000 |
| 1,000 | 500 | 656,000 sq ft | $22 | $22,000 |
| 2,000 | 1,000 | 1,312,000 sq ft | $22 | $44,000 |
The price level is set by the size of the whole order, so the step from one level to the next can cost you less than staying just under it. At 499 rolls you pay $26 each, $12,974 in total. Add one roll and every roll drops to $24: 500 rolls cost $12,000, so you get one more roll and still pay $974 less.
The same happens at the top level. 999 rolls at $24 cost $23,976, while 1,000 rolls at $22 cost $22,000, which is $1,976 less for one extra roll. If your order lands close to 500 or 1,000 rolls, ask us to quote both quantities and compare.
We pack rolls 2 to a box, and a bulk order ships as one sea shipment. The exact box size, how the boxes are stacked and how many pallets your order makes are confirmed with your quote, because they depend on the quantity you order. Ask for them early if you need to book warehouse space or a truck from the port.
Pallet orders suit buyers who use film every day and can plan a few months ahead.
Shops running gang sheets on several printers can lock in $24 or $22 per roll instead of buying small lots at higher prices.
Order once for all your locations, collect at one port and split the boxes between your shops.
Keep a stock of rolls to sell on. Our page on DTF film for resellers and distributors covers resale planning.
Smaller shops can pool their needs into one 500- or 1,000-roll order and share the lower price per roll.

Confirm the order and pay by bank transfer, on the payment terms shared with your quote.
Your boxes leave China by sea. Plan on about 30–45 days to the port, depending on quantity.
Your customs broker clears the shipment, and you collect it at the port with your own truck or carrier.
A bulk order arrives at a US seaport, not at your door. You, or a licensed customs broker working for you, clear the goods through customs and pay any import duty; the duty is not part of our roll price. Brokers can tell you what applies to your shipment, so contact one as soon as you have our quote.
After clearance, the boxes have to be picked up at the port. Most buyers book a local trucking company for this. Tell us your ZIP code and we quote freight to the port closest to you, which keeps the last leg short.
500 rolls arrive as 250 boxes and 1,000 rolls as 500 boxes. Ask for the box size and pallet count with your quote, so you can plan floor space before the shipment lands. Keep the rolls boxed in a cool, dry area at 59–77 °F (15–25 °C), away from sunlight and humidity; stored like that, the film stays good for 12+ months.
Sea freight takes about 30 to 45 days, depending on quantity, and clearance and pickup add a few more days on your side. Order while you still have at least two months of film, and a pallet order becomes your steady base stock instead of an emergency purchase. If you need film sooner for a test run, our 24 inch DTF film roll page covers smaller orders from 100 rolls.
