Tiger DTF Ink is Inkbank 5603 pigment ink for industrial DTF printing:

• Colours: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, plus White (CMYK + W).
• Packaging: 1 litre bottles, box of 20 × 1 L. Same per-litre price for all colours including White.
• Compatibility: Epson head compatible (used on Epson i3200 and XP600 based DTF printers). Works with most standard DTF machines. Call or WhatsApp us to confirm your machine.
• Performance: High colour vibrancy, smooth ink flow, strong white opacity, low-clog formula, 100+ washes.

Yes — every Tiger DTF order ships with proper tax billing provided. Tiger DTF is operated by Next Billion Company (GSTIN 09CAUPJ8231L1ZY). All our prices exclude GST — GST is charged extra on the invoice. Just share your GSTIN when placing the order and we'll issue a proper B2B tax invoice so you can claim input tax credit (ITC).

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched, packed for shipment, handed over to logistics, or specially arranged, cancellation may not be possible.

• Before dispatch: Message us on WhatsApp ASAP — we can modify quantity, add items, or cancel.
• After dispatch: Cancellation isn't possible; the order is already with the courier.
• Bulk, custom, or urgent orders may have separate cancellation conditions.

Yes — Tiger DTF accepts international inquiries and orders subject to logistics feasibility and applicable regulations. We supply from sample orders to full container loads (LCL / FCL).

• Air freight — faster, ideal for samples and small bulk
• Sea freight — best for full container loads at lowest cost per kg
• International customers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, local taxes, and country-specific regulations.

Yes — we ship to all 28 states and 8 union territories. Tiger DTF is a true pan-India supplier serving printing businesses from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, and hundreds of smaller cities. If a reliable courier or transport network delivers there, we ship there. Delivery is charged extra, based on quantity and distance.

All orders ship from our Noida warehouse once the 100% advance payment is received:

• Delhi NCR: same day in most cases.
• Rest of India: 3 to 7 days, depending on quantity, location and transport mode.
• Bulk, custom, or special procurement orders may require additional processing time.

Delivery is always charged extra, based on quantity and distance. There is no free delivery. The charge depends on:

Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and logistics provider used. If you can't find your tracking, message us on WhatsApp and we'll resend it immediately.

Correct storage protects shelf life and quality:

• DTF Ink: Sealed bottle, cool dry place (15–25°C), away from direct sunlight. Shake well before use, especially White. Shelf life 12 months sealed; once opened, use within 6 months.
• DTF Roll: Store flat or upright in the original carton, avoid humidity, avoid stacking heavy items on top. Shelf life 12+ months stored properly.
• DTF Powder: Sealed bag, dry storage, room temperature (15–25°C). Humidity is the #1 enemy — once opened, reseal tightly. Shelf life 12+ months sealed.

• Transit damage or shortage: report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video proof (an unboxing video is best).

When ink + roll + powder are all from Tiger DTF and heat-press settings are correct, prints survive 50+ wash cycles without significant cracking, peeling, or fading. The TPU powder base also gives high stretch performance — designs flex with the fabric on sportswear, leggings, and form-fitting garments without splitting.

Note: Results depend on your machine settings, curing temperature, pressure, fabric type, and wash care. Tiger DTF does not guarantee identical results across all machines, operators, or workflows.
